Property Services & Conveyancing Division
The property services and conveyancing division deals with all aspects of property law. These embrace:
- property related contracts
- conventional & sectional title conveyancing
- sectional title developments
- shareblock schemes & conversions to sectional title
- time share
- notarial practice
- township establishment
The scope of the division is wide and it collaborates closely with the commercial division in the drafting and preparation of agreements particularly insofar as the tax implications of property developments are concerned.
Litigation Division
Both High Court and Magistrates' Court litigation is handled by the division which is manned by twelve directors, supported by a number of associates and candidate attorneys.
The division handles diverse matters such as:

The estates and investment division deals with the following:
