Anisa has an LL.M in Maritime Law and has over 15 years’ experience specialising in this area. She has practised as a partner, director and associate in a number of prominent Durban law firms.
Barry is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the property law and conveyancing department and is widely respected for his thorough knowledge of property law matters accumulated over more than three decades in practice.
Charne graduated from the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus with an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree in Environmental law and is an admitted Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer.
Craig has practised as an attorney for more than three decades. He specialises in Magistrate’s Court litigation and manages the firm’s collections and recoveries department.
George is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public with over 35 years’ experience, specialising in property and commercial law.
Kay has more than three decades experience in administrative, constitutional and procurement law, property and construction law and commercial litigation, having represented clients in high profile cases before several High Courts, the Land Claims Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
Mike has over 36 experience as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public and specialises in commercial law, property law, wills, trusts, estate planning, offshore structuring and finance, cross-border transactions and international law. Mike is also a qualified and registered Mediator.
Naomi has approximately 20 years post-admission experience and has extensive experience in high value civil and commercial litigation, personal injury actions, insurance law and the administration of estates.
Nqobile graduated with an LL.B. from the University of KwaZulu Natal and is a director in our litigation department focusing on personal injury.
Subashnee, the current Managing Director and Chair of LLI, is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the property and conveyancing department. Subashnee is an active member of the 30% Club and Business Engage and a member of the BLA. She is a director of Woza Women in Law and the Woza Leadership Academy. Subashnee is also a board member of the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners.
